SOS Children's Village Mothers are recruited with the appropriate cultural background and are given the training they need to meet the high demands of their work. SOS Children's Villages also employ educationalists, and the necessary administrators and service staffs.

We don’t organise overseas volunteers placements because that would deprive local personnel of work.
